Wataridori to Fuyu (渡り鳥と冬) - A World of Flight and Frost

Earth as we know it is dead. Its fiery heart has frozen over, a magical cold within spreading to the surface. The planet's crust fragmented and some pieces floated into the sky as if fleeing the eternal frost. That is where humanity resides today.

Or, what used to be humanity.

Evolution isn't enough to adapt to such a drastic change. The human ancestors modified their bodies to be more suited to the harsh bursts of cold and the sky islands that would become their new world. They abandoned their old vehicles, creating new machines to soar above the clouds. Gone is the age of humanity, and all that remains is the birds and beasts, surviving the world in their own ways.

However, their world is not safe. The Eternal Winter grasps at the sky and chases the survivors of Earth in an endless hunt. Strength alone will not save them.

The frost never tires, so do not give up either. Find your reason to live in this world that keeps you on the run.

Inspired by Nechronica, Gundam, and, Solatorobo: Red the Hunter, Wataridori to Fuyu is a game about traversing a post-apocalyptic world on the back of mechs. Though the age of humans is long-gone, don the fur and feathers of the survivors of the Eternal Winter!
